Dandenong හි MKS Spices’n Things හි සේවකයෙකු කොවිඩ් ආසාධිත බව තහවුරු කරගෙන තිබේ.

පසුගිය සඳුදා (27) පස්වරු 06 යි 30 ට පමණ එය වාර්තා වූ බවයි නිවේදනයක් නිකුත් කරමින් ඔවුන් කියාසිටියේ.

මේ අනුව Dandenong ශාඛාව තාවකාලිකව වසා දමා ඇත.

සියලු සේවකයන් වහා හුදකලා කර තිබේ.

පසුගිය 23 වනදා සිට 25 වනදා පස්වරු 05 දක්වා කාලය තුළ Dandenong ශාඛාව වෙත පැමිණි කවරෙකු හෝ වෙතොත් වහා හුදකලා වන ලෙසටත් කොවිඩ් පරීක්ෂණයකට යොමුවන ලෙසටත් ඔවුන් ඉල්ලා සිටිනවා.

ONLINE ඇණවුම් Ashwood, Preston, Epping & St Albans හි පිහිටි ශාඛා වෙත යොමු කර ඇති බවත් එහි සඳහන්.

Dear valued customers and everyone patiently waiting for update from us regards to the COVOD-19 exposure at Dandenong Branch,

Monday, the 27th of September 2021, at approximately 6:30 pm, we got to know that a staff member working at Dandenong Store Grocery Counter area tested positive for COVID-19.

Immediately after we received notice, we actioned our COVID safe plan by:

– Temporarily closing our Dandenong store.
– Notifying the DHHS & Local Dandenong council.
– Requesting all our staff to be tested and isolated for 14 days.
– We are scheduling a deep clean (today) on the 29th of September 2021, for the entire site as a precautionary measure.
– Notifying any immediate contacts of the case.

If you have visited our store (particularly) grocery area counter during Thursday 23rd Sep – Saturday 25th Sep 2021 5pm, we recommend testing and isolating immediately.

We have diverted all online orders for deliveries to our other stores (Ashwood, Preston, Epping & St Albans). All our other four above stores are open for normal trading and not subject to any known exposure from this Dandenong incident.
