පස්වරු 06.30 ට මෙල්බන් ෆෙස්ටිවල් හෝල් හිදී එය ආරම්භ වනු ඇති.
Ausලංකා TV / Ausලංකා Radio මාධ්‍ය අනුග්‍රහයෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කෙරෙන මෙම ප්‍රසංගය වෙනුවෙන් විශේෂ උපදෙස් මාලාවක්ද ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කර තිබෙනවා.
පස්වරු 05.30 ට දොරටු විවෘත කෙරෙන අතර නියමිත වේලාවටම ප්‍රසංගය ආරම්භ කෙරෙන බවයි සංවිධායකයන් සඳහන් කලේ.
වේලාසනින් පැමිණ වාහනය නතර කර තැබීමට සුදුසු ස්ථානයක් සොයා ගැනීමට උත්සුක වන්නැයි ඉල්ලීමක් කෙරෙනවා.
ෆෙස්ටිවල් හෝල් ශාලාවෙන් පිටත ඇති ආහාර ට්‍රක් රථ මගින් ආහාර මිළදී ගත හැකි අතර වෙනත් කිසිදු බාහිර ආහාරයක් ඇතුළට රැගෙන ඒමට අවසර හිමිවන්නේ නැහැ.
පාන වර්ගද ඒවායින්ම මිළයට ගත හැකි නමුත් ශාලාවෙන් පිටතදී පානය කල යුතුයි.
ඇල්කොහොල් අඩංගු පාන අලෙවියේදී රෙගුලාසි කිහිපයක් බලාත්මක වන අතර වයස 18 ට අඩු කිසිවෙකුට මධ්‍යසාර අලෙවි කෙරෙන්නේ නැහැ.

Please arrive early and find your own parking.
Follow the street signs and parking information to avoid any fines.
For information about close by carparks, please visit the Festival Hall website.
There is no parking included with your ticket.
FOOD
Food available to purchase from food trucks outside of Festival Hall.
As a large gathering is anticipated (2500), consider wait times.
Purchased food from Food trucks is allowed to be brought into the Venue.
No other external food is allowed to be brought into the Venue.
BEVERAGES:
Available to purchase from food trucks outside the venue. No beverages purchased from the food trucks are allowed in the venue and must be consumed outside or discarded of before entering or re-entering the venue.
Soft drink, Red Bull and Water are available to purchase from all food & beverage outlets in the venue.
Alcoholic beverages are available to purchase from the downstairs licensed bar, access to this bar is limited to patrons on the floor only.
Floor patrons wishing to access the downstairs licensed bar are required to present one of five government verified photo ID’s.
No person under the age of 18 or without valid identification may access the bar.
Strictly no beverages are allowed to be brought inside the venue, including water bottles that are sealed.
Free water is available at the bar.

Please take note that this event will contain loud music, strobe lights and audio-visual effects which may have adverse effects on some children/people.
Ensure kids remain with parents/guardians at all times, as this event has a large gathering of patrons.
Access to Licensed Liquor bars will require a valid form of identification.
