මෙවර කැබිනට් මණ්ඩලයට කාන්තාවන් 10 දෙනෙකු ඇතුළත් වන අතර මෑතකාලීන ඉතිහාසයේ ඔස්ටේ්රලියා රජයක සිටින වැඩිම අමාත්යවරියන් සංඛ්යාවද එය වීම විශේෂත්වයක්.
ආරක්ෂක ඇමති ලෙස රිචර්ඩ් මාර්ල්ස් – විදේශ ඇමති ලෙස පෙනී වොංග් – භාණ්ඩාගාරික ලෙස ජිම් චාමර්ස් නව අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලයට ඇතුළත් වනවා.
ලේබර් පක්ෂ මන්ත්රී කණ්ඩායම් රැස්වීම ඊයේ කැන්බරා හිදී පැවති අතර එහිදී නව අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලය පිළිබඳ එකගතාවයකට පැමිණ තිබුණා.
ඔක්තෝබර් මාසයේදී නව අයවැයක් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සිය රජයේ මූලික ඉලක්කය බව අගමැතිවරයා සඳහන් කලා.
